Policies

Rental Payment is due between the 1st and the 5th of each month.
Propane Tank will be filled and charged to you at beginning of rental.
Inside of Office will be kept clean by renter; outside will be maintained by Harry's Marine Repair staff.
Parking will be in front of office, additional customer parking (no charge) will be in other areas of the boatyard, as required.
The Renter will comply with all Boatyard Rules, DEP, EPA and Town of Westbrook regulations, including sub-contractors and boat owners.
Renter must carry sufficient insurance.
No storage of boats or equipment around building.

Additional
Information

Land area, known as Sales Sections (from left side of dock ramp, to 1st piling and to the building) is available for rental at $400.00 per month.
Back section of the dock, known as The Quay, can be rented from May 1 through November 1 for $7,222.50. This will accommodate several vessels (depending on their size).
Winter Wet Storage is available upon request.
